Alvaro Clavijo, a leading figure in Colombian haute cuisine and ranked seventh in Latin America's 50 best, is Mitú's creative chef and by blending his international experience, he masterfully crafts unique recipes that take diners on a culinary journey through a range of flavors and tastes.
